Boot Café, the perfect little coffee shop
Categories : Eating, Drinking, published on : 6/20/17
Behind the vintage facade of what was previously the shop of a typically Parisian cobbler hides a very small but utterly adorable coffee shop.
The antithesis of the outlets of the large, charmless and impersonal chains that sell takeaway coffee, this pocket handkerchief of a coffee shop is cosy, welcoming, and captures a certain poetry.
In the cup you’ll find the grains of the Belleville Brûlerie, carefully roasted and prepared to create delicious espresso, café crème or hazelnut coffee. Those who appreciate the finer things in life will not miss the opportunity to taste the cowboy cookie, carrot cake or banana bread. If you prefer your coffee in situ, you can also linger inside at one of the two small bistrot tables decorated with wild bouquets, or relax outside on one of the fluorescent stools.
Come and enjoy this unexpected discovery in the heart of the Haut Marais.
