The new restaurant in the 11th arrondissement of Paris is called "Bouche" and is located in the famous Rue Jean-Pierre Timbaud.
You will find a cuisine proposed in the form of "tapassiettes", an inventive and refined concept, which will allow you to taste recipes based on seasonal products, imagined by the chef Florent Peineau. As for wine, a wide selection of organic, biodynamic and natural wines is recommended to accompany your meal.
