Double Dragon: a culinary journey just steps from Hôtel FABRIC

Just a few minutes' walk from Hôtel FABRIC, in the heart of the 11th arrondissement, you’ll find Double Dragon, a well-known name on Paris’s vibrant food scene. Opened in 2018 by sisters Katia and Tatiana Levha, this restaurant offers a fusion cuisine with Filipino influences, driven by a true sense of flavor and hospitality.

Inventive cuisine between Paris and Manila

The two sisters come from prestigious backgrounds in the world of gastronomy. Tatiana trained in the renowned kitchens of L’Arpège and L’Astrance, while Katia, a graduate of Glion Hotel School, built her career at the Mandarin Oriental in London and in Parisian bistros. Together, they deliver a bold and vibrant menu shaped by their dual heritage.

At Double Dragon, dishes are meant to be shared, with flavors that are both bold and fresh. Among the highlights are the kinilaw of line-caught white tuna, the Filipino version of ceviche spiced with homemade tabasco, roasted cauliflower with a peanut sauce inspired by kare-kare, the irresistibly crispy Korean Fried Chicken (KFC), and the lechon kawali, a honey-glazed crispy pork belly that has become a signature dish. To end on an exotic note, the bicho-bicho, a warm cinnamon sugar doughnut served with coconut ice cream, is a must-try.

A lively and welcoming spot

The atmosphere is soft and inviting, with attentive service and a natural wine list carefully selected to perfectly complement the vibrant cuisine. The spirit of the restaurant reflects the personalities of its founders: simple, generous, and joyful.
