For The Love of Food, a new concept
For The Love of Food, is the name of this unusual restaurant that opened its doors in the Marais. Not common because this is the very first restaurant incubator of chefs in France. The concept: we test dishes with the flavors of the World sitting in front of 3 different chefs that we must then note. 3 menus and 3 different atmospheres are proposed. Chefs must respect the product season, the constant price, the anti-waste and the freshness of the products. Next spring, the 3 best chefs selected will each leave with an amount of up to 8,000. Enough to give a boost to the opening of their first restaurant.
