Benvenuto to Grazie, the latest restaurant of Julien Cohen, a lover of all italian things, who is already in charge of Pizza Chic on the Left Bank as well as Cailloux on the Butte aux Cailles in the southern part of Paris. To taste the dolce vita from the first rays of the sun, start with a cocktail bringing together a pleasing blend of Bergamot Soda, gin, infused bergamot and lemon juice. Then sip this while enjoying some antipasti, vitello tonnato, octopus carpaccio and wild herbs, traditional Tuscan salad or other deli and cheese dishes. Your taste buds suitably stimulated, you’ll very quickly burn with the desire to taste pizzas made from 100% Italian ingredients and cooked over a wood fire, a formula that has made the place a resounding success.
