To taste the dolce vita from the first rays of the sun, start with a cocktail bringing together a pleasing blend of Bergamot Soda, gin, infused bergamot and lemon juice. Then sip this while enjoying some antipasti, vitello tonnato, octopus carpaccio and wild herbs, traditional Tuscan salad or other deli and cheese dishes.
