Food lovers will be delighted to hear that a new must-visit gastronomic spot has opened its doors in the 11th arrondissement of Paris!

This time, let yourself be whisked away to Vietnam with a culinary offering that blends French and American influences, inspired by the origins of the founders of Nonette.

The founders – or rather the "foundresses" – are two women: Pearlyn Lee, originally from Singapore, and Khánh-Ly Huynh, a French-Vietnamese chef with American influences, former MasterChef champion, and head chef of the restaurant.

Nonette offers homemade bánh mì, prepared right at the counter using fresh, simple, and flavorful ingredients! The bánh mì is the perfect sandwich to take away and enjoy while strolling through Paris.

The name of the restaurant, "Nonette," has a double meaning. First, it refers to a musical term describing several musicians playing together in harmony, symbolizing the fusion of cultures and flavors in the restaurant. Secondly, in French, "nonettes" are small pastries filled with jam, evoking the homemade doughnuts offered alongside the bánh mì.

The bánh mì, a quintessential Vietnamese sandwich, can be made with a variety of ingredients. The chef combines Asian flavors with "à la française" doughnuts to create unique and surprising combinations. The menu takes you on a journey across three continents: Southeast Asia, Europe, and North America.

The concept is simple: to craft refined recipes that reflect the richness of Vietnamese cuisine, using responsible, high-quality ingredients, all made in France.
