Frederic Berthy has worked all his life for IT companies until one day he woke up with an idea to create a choux shop specialized in the French traditional pastries. His grandmother used to cook choux while he was a kid. In 2013, several years later Frederic has realized his childhood dream and opened a cozy café called Odette in the 5th arrondissement of Paris. Come here for a tea-time, take a table on the terrace, choose your favorite choux and simply enjoy the Parisian art of living just in front of Notre Dame cathedral.
