The Auberge Pyrénées Cévennes is an old Parisian bistro of the French Bistronomy located in the 11th arrondissement of Paris. The chef of the restaurant Pierre Négrevergne proposes here some beautiful classics: the veal blanquette, the «cassoulet», the apple oil herrings and his famous «pâté en croûte» for which he earned the 4th position at the world’s championship 2015.
