Behind the success story - a young Frenchman Bertrand Grébaut, an ex-graphist who has chosen the passion above all, the gastronomy. At only 26 years Bertrand Grébaut has got his first star, and that was only the beginning. Today, Septime has 3 stars and a solid list of celebrities who have eaten there. Why so much noize ?
