The restaurant "FIEF" wins its very first Michelin star!

We've told you about FIEF before, and we're excited to announce to you that the restaurant recently won its very first Michelin star and its chef, Victor Mercier, won the 2022 Young Chef trophy!

"FIEF" is the name of this address literally across the street from the Fabric Hotel which stands for "Fait Ici En France" (Made Here In France).

The restaurant opened by Victor Mercier (Top Chef 2018 finalist) focuses on locavore products, no imported products and 100% French in order to value local products. FIEF is therefore, in addition to being a very intimate place with its dimmed lights, a real place where we advocate fresh and local.

The real asset of the restaurant is without a doubt its chef and his brigade that you can admire from your table (a large counter is arranged in such a way that it forms an L around the kitchen).

Beautiful and creative dishes as well as a selection of organic wines, cocktails, and infusions are waiting for you at 44 rue de la Folie Méricourt!

Open from Monday to Friday from 7pm to 10:30pm. 1 minute walk from the hotel Fabric.
